Ni 99 is a pure Nickel electrode with graphite flux and is designed for welding lower-strength cast irons. Proweld Ni 99 is characterised by a soft smooth arc with low penetration and spatter levels. The weld metal deposit is fully machineable and is ideal for the repair of all standard grades of grey cast iron, malleable iron, austenitic cast iron, and some grades of mechanic cast iron.
